Do I have to sign a fixed contract ?

No – what you sign is a flexible month by month storage agreement

Do I get a refund if I move out earlier than expected ?

As the storage agreement is month by month we only refund whole months of pre-paid rent.

Do you offer discount for pre-paying customers?

Yes – if you pay for twelve months in advance we give you a month So twelve months for the price of eleven.

Which payment methods do you accept ?

When booking online we accept Visa and Mastercard.  For month to month payments we accept direct payments, payments over the phone.  You can also set up a direct debit from your credit card – just ask us how and we will set it up for you.

What is the minimum storage period?

The minimum storage is one month.

What options are available if I need more space ?

If you need more storage we offer package deals, rather than paying per unit.

How much notice do you need to give when moving out ?

You need to give us 14 days notice when moving out.

How often can I access my goods ?

As often as you like during access hours – 6am – 7pm 365 days a year.

Am I automatically insured?

No – we recommend that you take out our very competitive insurance with us or contact your insurance company to see if your current contents insurance will cover the good whilst in storage.

What security is there a Jandakot Self Storage ?
